We accept all funding options, including the government’s 15 and 30 hours funded childcare. We also accept the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme and childcare vouchers.
Registration & fees
A one-off registration fee of £20 is required when you register your child with us
Our session rate is £6.50 per hour for unfunded hours
We ask for a £1 daily contribution for the Preschool provided breakfast for those children who attend the optional Breakfast Club. This session (8am-9am daily) cannot be paid for using funded hours
We ask you to either supply your child’s mid-morning snack or pay a £0.50 daily contribution for the Preschool provided snack
Our fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change.
Fees are invoiced monthly and payable in advance.
Free childcare - Government funding for children 9 months to 4 years old
The UK government offers several childcare support schemes to help families in England to manage costs. Here's a summary of the main options available in England as of 2025:
1. Free Childcare for Working Parents
Eligibility: Working parents with children aged 9 months to 4 years.
Entitlement: Up to 30 hours of free childcare per week during term time.
2. 15 Hours Free Childcare for All 3 and 4-Year-Olds
Eligibility: All children aged 3 and 4 in England.
Entitlement: 15 hours per week for 38 weeks per year (570 hours annually).
3. 15 Hours Free Childcare for 2-Year-Olds
Eligibility: Families receiving certain benefits.
Entitlement: 15 hours per week for 38 weeks per year.
4. Tax-Free Childcare
How It Works: For every £8 you pay into your childcare account, the government adds £2.
Annual Limit: Up to £2,000 per child per year (or £4,000 for disabled children).
Eligibility: Available to working families not receiving Universal Credit.
5. Childcare Vouchers (Closed to New Applicants)
Status: Scheme closed to new applicants.
Current Users: Can continue if already enrolled.
